Nexxus Color Assure Pre-Wash Primer Review!

Nexxus Pre-Wash Primer is a hair product intended for a color treated hair that works like a shield in helping the color stay vibrant and shiny for longer. I have never used any other product like that before, so I was really curious how it will work on my long hair. Nexxus Color Assure Pre-Wash Primer is a sulfate-free product infused with white orchid extract as well as coconut, argan and almond oil ( my absolute favorite oils when it comes to hair products!). You should use this product before washing your hair so it will help seal the color and give you super soft and shiny hair. Before my first application I though this product will be much more heavier and just more difficult to work with, that what it actually came out to be. This Pre-Wash Primer has a very lightweight texture and it's so easy to distribute evenly on hair. It literally takes seconds to apply. I really like the subtle scent and the packaging is really cute, mess free and practical (two-three pumps were just enough for my long hair). I used my hair primer with the entire line of Nexxus Color Assure products and to be honest with you I loved how silky soft my hair became. It felt like if I would be using deep conditioning mask every single time I washed my hair without it feeling heavy or becoming oily after some time. I feel like the idea of rubbing all those amazing oils into your scalp and hair right before washing it made all the difference, plus I get to enjoy vibrant color for longer. Also all of the Nexxus Color Assure line is sulfate-free, which is what I am trying to only use on my hair since few months.

Summary: I think Nexxus Pre-Wash Primer is a must-try for anyone (especially the color treated hair Ladies) who craves soft and shiny hair. I really enjoyed  the lightweight formula of the Nexxus hair primer (and the entire line in general) and the fact that even though I was using it every single time I was washing my hair (which is every other day), it never made my hair heavy or lacking volume. And just on the side note I am also totally obsessed with Nexxus Color Assure Glossing Tonic, so lightweight, smells amazing and adds tons of shine! Love!
