I've received ADORAtherapy Mood Boost Smart spray for review, with lemon and grapefruit top notes, which suppose to make me feel more confident and more focused. I was actually really curious to try and see if aromatherapy really works, since I've never tried it before in a form of a spray. I am a big fan of scented candles and I do believe that they have the power to really get you in a happy/relaxed/holiday mood, but I have never tried anything that would actually make me feel more confident. I used around 8 sprays all around my body and the lemon & grapefruit scent hit right away, making me feel more awake and alert. I think it is a perfect product to use in the morning before leaving for work, especially when you feel a little tired, because the intense, but not too heavy citrus blend of lemons and grapefruits will definitely wake you up. ADORAtherapy Mood Boost Smart bottle as well as the packaging is very cute and fits perfect in my bag.
