L’Oréal Pure-Clay Masks Review!

 PR Sample
I find clay masks to work the best at clearing out my skin and leaving it soft and refreshed.  L’Oréal came out with Pure-Clay masks line some time ago and I really wanted to give them a try since I've tried few other clay mask brands before and each one of them varied a little bit when it comes to texture and results.

The entire line consists of three masks, but I will be only reviewing the Detox & Brighten Pure-Clay Mask as well as Purify & Mattify Pure-Clay Mask (each cost $12.99).

Before I will jump straight to the individual reviews I want to mention that I really like the sturdy glass jar the masks come in which makes scooping out the product quick and easy. The texture of these clay masks is nice, creamy and non-sticky. I also really like the non-drying formula.

Detox & Brighten Clay Mask

I've been absolutely loving charcoal clay masks which are pretty powerful at clearing out pores so I knew I will probably like this one the most out of the two. I put it on for around 10 minutes and after I am done I just use a washcloth and remove the product using lukewarm water. Immediately after my skin looks clean, feels soft and refreshed. This mask is highly recommended for dull, tired skin to help bring radiant, healthy glow and detoxify skin.

Purify & Mattify Pure-Clay Mask

When I was in my early 20s I used to struggle with an oily t-zone but the older I got the less oily my skin gets now which makes me very happy and I believe it has a lot to do with how I use and choose skincare products. L’Oréal Purify & Mattify Pure-Clay Mask is infused with eucalyptus which works purifying and mattifying. It removes excess oil and makes the skin look less shiny.  Even though I don't really struggle with an oily skin anymore I did like the clean, mattifying effect this mask had on my skin after I used it. Very refreshing and re-energizing.

Both masks helped significantly with any dirt, self-tanner residue and blackheads I had which to me is a number one reason why I love clay masks. They just work the best for me.

You can get L’Oréal Pure-Clay Masks for $12.99 at your local drugstore. If you have tried them already let me know how you liked them in the comments below!

Have a great day,
