Holiday Makeup Look with Mary Kay!

I had a wonderful opportunity to be part of the Conde Nast Influencer program in which I have received box full of Mary Kay products, that would help me re-create on of their three Holiday makeup looks.

I am very excited to show you my version of Mary Kay Silver-Screen Siren look, which focuses on plum lips and subtle cheek color, and tell you which products I've enjoyed using the most.

How to create Silver-Screen Siren look:

Eyes:
First I applied Mary Kay Eye Primer and then using Cream Eye/Concealer Brush I patted Cream Eye Color in Apricot Twist (pretty gold shade) to the entire lid. Next using a Blending Blush I applied the purple shade from Mary Kay At Play in On The Horizon eyeshadow trio on my crease and then I darkened it up with the chocolate-brown shade as well. Last I used the lightest shade concentrating it on the inner corner and middle section of my eyelid. I applied Lash Primer and Lash Love Mascara.

Lips:
First I applied light layer of transparent Lip Primer, then outlined my lips with Lipliner in Plum and last but not least applied True Dimensions Lipstick in Mystic Plum.

Face:
I used Mary Kay Highlighting Pen under my eyes and around my nose and a little bit on my chin. Next I applied Mineral Cheek Color in Sparkling Cider and Shy Blush. I finish the look using Translucent Loose Powder to set my face makeup.

My 6 favorite Mary Kay products I have used to create Silver-Screen Siren look:

While trying out all of the products over the weekend, I found 6 that became my favorite right away. I will start with the Mary Kay compact that contains two blushes: Sparkling Cider and Shy Blush. Both blushes are just gorgeous. Sparkling Cider is peachy-brown shade with subtle shimmer. It gives my skin beautiful glow and works great as a blush and bronzer. Shy Girl is a close dupe to Nars Orgasm with beautiful satin, glowy finish. I adore both not only because of their lovely shades but also because they have a great pigmentation, soft texture and they blend effortlessly.

True Dimensions Lipstick in Mystic Plum is a gorgeous berry-plum shade that has a very creamy texture and almost glossy finish. It glides on the lips like a lip butter but at the same time it has amazing pigmentation. I've worn this lipstick few times already and what really made me fall in love with this product is that it doesn't feel drying on the lips at all. Like never. Also Mystic Plum has such a rich, beautiful shade and the subtle glossy finish makes this lipstick a must have!

Mary Kay Facial Highlighting Pen is exactly what I was looking for in under eye concealer. Some of you may remember my love for Catrice Re-Touch Reflecting Concealer and this Highlighting Pen really reminds me of the Catrice one. It gives a great coverage, instantly brightens up my entire face. I can use it all over my face and in the areas I want to highlight. It blends nicely and I really like the easy in use application. One word: love!

Mary Kay Lip primer is the first lip primer I have ever used. I always thought about it as just an unnecessary step, but since it's almost winter and no matter what I do to my lips they are still dry this lip primer is actually a life saver. It is transparent and it smooths out the lips wonderfully. I used it the other day with my Riri Woo lipstick which has dry, retro matte finish and my lips look so smooth and the color was so even.
Last two products are the Love Lash Mascara, which I really enjoyed using and the Translucent Loose Powder which is a great product to set my entire face, that leaves my skin looking flawless and I really liked easy and almost mess-free packaging.
Hope you have enjoyed my look and the review! Don't forget to check out other two Mary Kay holiday looks: Flapper Chic and the Hot-White Suit!
  Have a lovely evening!
