Purchased
Back in December MAC Cosmetics website was running 20% off the entire purchase deal and since I've never seen them offering any discounts like that before, I knew I wanted to get something different than just another MAC lipstick. I own a lot of MAC products but my collection is definitely lacking in their eyeshadow section. Getting MAC Eye Shadow x 15 Warm Neutrals Palette ($65) was a real no-brainer decision to me since I am quite obsessed with everyday neutrals and I know how awesome MAC eyeshadows are to work with, so I couldn't be more excited to finally own their palette for such a great price too.
MAC Eye Shadow x 15 Warm Neutrals Palette
As you can see from the photo above MAC Eye Shadow x 15 Warm Neutrals Palette contains mostly lighter and very wearable everyday shades. It may almost seem like it's a pretty boring looking palette but honestly, you will use the heck out of it. It offers some mattes, shimmers as well as satin eyeshadows. The one unique color I completely fell in love with is Divine Decadence which is my first green eyeshadow that I can't stop wearing every day. It is such a flattering and subtle green toned eyeshadow that I think will look great on anyone. Saddle, on the other hand, works great as a transition shade that I like to put in my crease and Dance in the Dark will turn any look into bolder and more smoked out evening look.
Overall pigmentation is great but I did notice that some of the eyeshadows feel more buttery and show up better than the others. To increase the intensity as well as lasting power I like to use my MAC Pro Longwear Paint Pot in Painterly as a base underneath.
