Apply, Repeat, Protect - Being Skin Smart With Walgreens Brand Suncare!

Summer is in full swing here in Virginia and like every year I've been on a shopping hunt for a new sunscreen to protect my skin during this hot and humid weather. This year I decided to head over to Walgreens to utilize my Walgreens Balance Rewards coupons and pick up few things including Walgreens brand suncare products that I've heard about before but haven't tried yet.

Whenever I am out and about I always have a bottle of water with me. smartwater happens to be one of my favorites and during my visit at the store, I was happy to see that Walgreens offers Balance Rewards Members a $1 off coupon with purchase of any Walgreens brand suncare product (score!).

I love good deals but what I like even more is quality at an affordable price. Walgreens brand suncare products I decided to get were not only affordable but I was very excited to read about their quality ingredients which I will tell you guys more about below. Since I am a new mom of a 3-month-old boy I also picked up Walgreens Baby Sunscreen Stick with SPF 60 which I can't wait to start using after he turns 6 months!

Walgreens Moisturizing Sunscreen SPF 50

The first item that caught my attention was Walgreens Oxybenzone free Moisturizing Sunscreen. The old days of low SPF (or none at all) are long gone and now I am definitely being more "suncare responsible" so I opted for SPF 50 and was very happy to see that this product is oil and paraben free as well as hypoallergenic. Water resistance is always a plus even though I like to reapply my sunscreen often. 

Walgreens Sheer Dry-Touch Sunscreen

Another product that I was very eager to try was Walgreens Sheer Dry-Touch Sunscreen with SPF 100. I always make sure to apply suncare products on my face but I do hate the heavy feeling afterward. I can't tell you how impressed I am with this one. First things first, it absorbs super fast and doesn't need a lot of rubbing in at all. And most importantly it feels lightweight on my skin. You can totally use it all over your body but I absolutely love using it on my face. Finally, I've found a high SPF protection that feels great on my face!

Everyone should remember about protecting their skin against UVA/UVB radiation and what not a better way to do it than with a high-quality and affordable protection from Walgreens brand suncare products!
