Hi Girls,
Today a quick review on my first lipstain by Maybelline in shade "wink of pink".
I've heard a lot about lipstains and how perfect they work during hot summer days etc. so I decided to stock up in one and give it a try. When I was picking the color, that really pretty pink shade named "wink of pink" drawn my attention.
I was a little bit surprised, when I actually applied the color and it turned out more like the intense reddish pink, then a delicate "wink of pink" that I was expected. Despite the fact, that indeed color on the package wasn't accurate, I still liked it.
I am officially a FAN of lipstains. Why? Because they don't smudge, they stay on for so long, and while applying the product you can really get the nice shape of your lips that you want and don't worry about smudging it out or looking unnatural.
I love the marker type of applicator, so easy and fun! Also this particular shade smells super fruity, so I really don't have anything bad to say.
I read before about how lipstains make your lips dry, but honestly I didn't notice anything. I guess it's just that type of a product, which not suppose to give you a glossy finish.
My rating: 4.5/5
Can't wait to try out other brands lipstains. What are your favorites?
